Zubayr Emimaru holds a Masters Degree in Information Technology.  A certified Ethical Hackers and Countermeasures.  He is also a Certified Cisco Network Associate Instructor (CCNAI). A Fellow of the Nigeria Computer Society (NCS) and registered member of the Computer Professional Registration Council of Nigeria (CPN).  Professional areas of interest are Programming, Web Development and Development Communication.  He is a seasoned civil servant with about 25 years’ technical and administrative experience.  His has worked in the public sector and with the World Bank Assisted Projects.  He has served in various capacities such as Chief Technologist with the Federal University of Technology, Minna; Development Communication/Information Technology Specialist with the World Bank assisted Second Rural Access and Mobility Project, Niger State; Information Technology Consultant with Norwest Consultant Ltd, Kaduna under the Petroleum Trust Fund (PTF); Assistant Manager (Computer) with the Institute of Conflict Resolution, Abuja.  Chairman, Nigeria Computer Society (NCS) Niger State Chapter (2012 – 2016). Council Member of the Computer Professionals Registration Council of Nigeria (CPN) (2015-2017). Works diligently and with eclectic approach. Fluent in both written and spoken English. Has good interpersonal relationship.
